Second Sunday Lunches:
Sharing a meal with friends is the very best way to bring the community of faith together in fellowship. Jesus cherished the times he broke bread with his disciples and others. His form of table hospitality is a model for the church today.
Some of these lunches will have an outreach focus to learn about the mission of Bayshore Presbyterian Church beyond the walls of our home. The following lunches have been planned for the remainder of 2011.
July 10 Red, White and Blue Luncheon with guest speaker Jan Molina, Director of Commpassion + Action at Metropolitan Ministries.
August 14 Rev Ramiro Ros, Pastor, Beth El Farmworkers Ministry preaching and speaking
September 11 Congregational Meeting to elect officers and nominating committee
October 9 Picnic at the home of Theo Schmid
November 13 TBA
December 11 Annual Christmas Luncheon
