YOGA CLASS TO COMMENCE IN NOVEMBER

Offered by the Bayshore Presbyterian Women’s Group to both men and women of the church and the community – all ages.

Yoga challenges you mentally and physically: your mind becomes quiet while your body is cleansed from the inside out.

Other benefits include: cardiovascular health, strength training, deepening flexibility, developing more balance and endurance, along with breathing, relaxation, and mental focus. All are welcome, including beginners, as each student is guided to the most appropriate level of practice. There are variations for every individual.

Instructor: Clare Seng, LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist), (MA# 77229), RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) 200. Clare has been practicing yoga for 15 years.

A 6 week session will begin on Tuesday, November 15 at 9:30 a.m. at Bayshore Presbyterian Church, 2515 Bayshore Blvd, Tampa. Bayshore members’ charge will be $12 a class or a package of 6 classes will be $60. Non church members fee will be $15 a class or a package of 6 for $75. All classes run for one hour.
